Vento VPN provides VPN proxy connection services. We prioritize your privacy and security, and the personal information collected depends on your interaction with us. During your use of this software, we will automatically collect information about your device to ensure that you can use our products and services normally, including:
(1) Device-related information:
When you start using this software, we will receive and record information about your mobile device (including phone model, operating system version information, system language, hardware device identifier (Google advertising ID, MAC address, Android ID), Vento VPN version number, and phone location information (including the country or region location information and network access method of your authorized phone) based on your specific operations in the software and the specific permissions you grant during the installation and use of the software.
Special note on device identifiers: Device identifiers such as MAC address and Android ID are collected only after you grant the "Device Information" permission upon first launch. They are used solely for fraud prevention, active device statistics, and service stability optimization. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device system settings. We do not associate device identifiers with any browsing activity.
(2) Service log information:
When you use the VPN service of this software, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services as service logs, including the number of visits, usage time, event information (errors, crashes, restarts, upgrades), and other log information generated by the device.
(3) Purchase and IP service information:
When you purchase individual IP addresses, dedicated VPN nodes, or other premium services within Vento VPN, we may collect and process information related to your purchase and service usage, including transaction records, purchased IP address or VPN node information, service activation status, and related technical information required to provide and maintain the purchased service.
This information is used only for providing, managing, and maintaining your purchased services. We do not use purchased IP service information to identify your online activities or associate your browsing behavior with your purchased services.
Payment information, including credit card details or other payment credentials, is processed directly by third-party payment platforms such as Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your complete payment information.
Please note that device information and service log information described above cannot identify specific natural persons. This data is collected only to enhance our services and ensure that we provide you with the best experience without compromising your privacy.
Device information and service log information will be automatically deleted after 14 days (including from backup systems), unless a longer retention period is required by applicable laws or necessary for security purposes.
Purchase-related information, such as transaction records and purchased IP service information, will be retained according to the requirements described in Section 7 "Data Retention and Deletion".
We want you to know that your privacy is our top priority. That's why we don't collect or store detailed information about your browsing history, the websites you access, traffic content, DNS lookups, or data transmitted through your VPN connection.
For VPN service operation, including purchased IP services, we may process limited technical information necessary to establish and maintain VPN connections, such as connection status and node availability. This information is used only for service operation, security, and reliability purposes.
We do not associate your browsing activity or VPN traffic with your purchased IP services or transaction records.
That's not all. We are also committed to not sharing, selling, renting or exchanging any personally identifiable information, including purchase-related personal information, with any third party in any way.

If you purchase dedicated IP services or other in‑app products, payments are securely processed through:

4.4 Our Commitment

8.1 Right to Confirm and Access

However, in some cases, we may not approve your deletion request, such as when you ask us to delete transaction data that Vento VPN is legally obliged to retain to comply with applicable local laws. Please also note that if you request to delete your information from our products and services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system due to certain applicable local laws and technical restrictions. However, we will store your personal information securely and prevent it from being further processed until the backup system is updated and your information can be deleted or anonymized.
8.3 Right to withdraw consent
In order to achieve certain features of our different products or services, we will need necessary personal information required by applicable local laws. This is explained in the "How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" section of this policy.
You can withdraw the consent you previously granted for a specific purpose, including the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal information under our control, by deleting the information, disabling device functions, or sending a consent withdrawal request. You understand and acknowledge that after canceling your account, we will stop providing products and services based on that account. We will also delete the corresponding personal data under your account unless otherwise required by applicable laws in your region.
